The camp will be held on Saturday, April 5, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, at all Executive Engineer/O&M Offices of TANGEDCO (Tamil Nadu Generation and Distribution Corporation Limited).

This initiative is designed to provide on-the-spot solutions for a wide range of electricity-related issues, including:

  • Discrepancies in electricity bill amounts
  • Replacement of faulty or outdated meters
  • Complaints regarding low voltage supply
  • Substitution of damaged electric poles and cables
  • Any other power-related inconvenience faced by consumers

Officials have assured that every grievance registered during the camp will be addressed immediately, and proper follow-up will be communicated to each consumer.

The special camp is part of the government’s commitment to responsive governance and timely service delivery, aligning with the Dravidian model of people-first administration.

Citizens and electricity consumers are strongly encouraged to attend the camp and take advantage of this opportunity to resolve any power-related issues they may be facing.
