On the occasion of the 72nd birthday of our esteemed party leader and Honorable Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Thalapathy @mkstalin, the Karur District DMK organized a grand sports festival. The event was conducted across 250 locations, including 48 wards in Karur Municipal Corporation, 157 village panchayats, 21 wards in 3 municipalities, and 24 places in 8 town panchayats.

The district-level sports competitions for the first prize winners of these events were inaugurated today at the Karur Thiruvalluvar Sports Ground.

Honorable Members of the Legislative Assembly, representatives of local bodies, party functionaries, and the general public participated in this event.
