Karur, Tamil Nadu – Echoing the call of Chief Minister Thalapathy M.K. Stalin to reclaim Tamil Nadu’s rights, and under the energetic guidance of Deputy Chief Minister and DMK Youth Wing Secretary Mr. Udhayanidhi Stalin, the Karur DMK Youth Wing staged a massive protest public meeting today at Udhayanidhi Grounds, Pasupathipalayam.

The protest was organized to voice strong opposition to the imposition of Hindi, discriminatory financial practices, and the unjust delimitation of parliamentary constituencies — all seen as acts of injustice towards Tamil Nadu and other southern states by the Union Government.

Acclaimed writer Mr. Surya Xavier and dynamic DMK youth speaker Ms. Shanmugavalli delivered thought-provoking speeches that inspired the crowd and emphasized the importance of safeguarding linguistic, fiscal, and democratic justice for the state.

DMK MLAs, party administrators, youth wing members, and hundreds of passionate citizens gathered in solidarity, raising slogans for state autonomy, equality, and justice.

The event reaffirmed the DMK’s enduring commitment to state rights, federalism, and the Dravidian model of governance, and sent a strong message:

“Tamil Nadu will fight. Tamil Nadu will win.”
