On July 13, participation was marked at the Kumbabishekam (consecration ceremony) of Arulmigu Vinayagar and Arulmigu Bhagavathiyamman Temple at Chinna Kalipalayam, Nerur North, Karur, adding spiritual significance to the day.
On July 13, the foundation stone was laid for the construction of a ₹3 crore Chief Minister’s Skill Development Centre at Karur Corporation Boys Higher Secondary School. The event was attended by Karur District Collector Thiru Thangavel I.A.S., representatives of local bodies, and members of the public.
